2014征兵标视力标准放宽，激光近视手术受肯定

记者从全国征兵工作电视电话会议上了解到，2014年将试行的新的征兵体检标准和办法，在身高、体重和视力标准等方面都有所调整。

　　国防部征兵办公室指出调整后的征兵视力体检标准为：应征男女青年的右眼裸眼视力不能低于4.6，左眼裸眼视力不能低于4.5。另针对近年来不少青少年采取准分子激光手术矫正视力的情况，新的征兵体检标准和办法特别要求，采取准分子激光手术矫正视力的应征青年，手术时间距应征时间应在半年以上，且无并发症、裸眼视力达到4.8、眼底正常。

　　记者注意到，关于近些年偶尔有争议的视力矫正方式----准分子激光近视手术，在今年的征兵工作中被提及，并首次被国防部征兵办公室认可和接受。据记者了解，在医疗安全把关颇严的美国，准分子激光近视手术早已广泛运用，多年前，美国航空航天局(NASA)已批准允许宇航员候选者进行飞秒激光近视手术。这说明，除普通大众外，对于高强度用眼人群，准分子激光近视手术的安全性、稳定性也已经广泛普及并获得认可。

　　记者还注意到，征兵视力新标准中提到的准分子激光近视手术“无并发症”，那么，对于众多准备实施准分子激光近视手术的应征人群以及广大近视患者而言，面对市场上多家医院推出的准分子激光近视手术，术后的用眼保障所对应的技术、服务的优劣应该如何比较和选择呢?记者带着这一问题，采访了业界的著名眼科专家，爱尔眼科医院集团屈光手术学组组长、深圳爱尔眼科医院院长孙同教授。

　　孙同教授指出，目前，近视手术这种矫正视力的治疗技术已十分成熟，国内外应用都非常普遍，术种主要有两类，一种是激光角膜类手术，目前应用广泛的是飞秒激光近视手术和全飞秒激光近视手术，技术很先进，使用飞秒激光制作角膜瓣，手术全过程“无刀”，角膜瓣制非常精准、切削面光滑，手术过程舒适、安全，术后效果很好。另一类是晶体植入术，适合近视1000-2000度、散光 100-600度角膜薄不能实施飞秒激光手术的患者。在保留原有自然晶体的情况下，在人眼后房睫状沟植入人工晶体，解决近视问题。

　　孙同教授强调，患者在了解和选择近视手术的时候，要注意几个重点，确保安全和术后的视力恢复效果。比如：正规的医院、先进的设备、足够经验的医生、术前的多项检查、术后的定期检查等等。据悉，爱尔眼科医院集团在先进设备和卓越医生的双重保障下已经成功的实施了88万例近视手术，手术量和手术经验全国第一，同时，并不是每一个近视患者都可以做近视手术的，这需要通过严密的术前检查进行确认，在爱尔眼科医院预约近视手术的患者必须经过18道术前安全检查才能确认是否适合进行近视手术，并且在实施手术后可在全国50余家爱尔眼科医院进行定期的复查复诊。
